CBRE’s 15-month Japan Graduate Training program aims to attract, retain and develop high potential young professionals.
Trainees in this program will have unique opportunities to learn how CBRE operates while being given the opportunity to work closely with internal and external clients.
You will be exposed to different real estate disciplines through job rotations and specific assignments to develop relevant skills. You will learn through these projects and benefit from interaction with seasoned professionals at CBRE. Through this experience, trainees will also develop critical problem solving, project management and client relationship management skills.
You will receive intensive coaching and on-going feedback from appointed mentors, peers, managers and internal business partners. This process will help you establish your professional aspirations and identify a career development plan at CBRE.
15-MONTH GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM
> Orientation to CBRE in Japan and our business lines
> Familiarization with CBRE business lines, culture, operations, inter-department relationships, job types and clients
> On the job and technical training
> Rotate through business lines to experience on the job training
> Understand business line's core business and clients
> Assigned to a functional project
> Create and maintain inter-department relationship to facilitate long-term cooperation and collaboration
> Attend training to further learning and understanding opportunities
> Apply knowledge learnt from job rotation in projects on an ongoing basis
